Design Hero: George Tscherny

George Tscherny is one of my favorite designers. I have always loved his simple yet striking compositions and these City Maps and Guides he designed for Pan Am in the 70's illustrate those elements perfectly. Perfection in my book!

  5. George is like the Ever-ready bunny...my favorite
    is a sand-speckled lower torso of a freckled
    girl (his daughter) sitting on the beach for a travel collage with interlocking
    panels
